Thermal chamber configuration: what to discuss before ordering
The chamber, racks, product arrangement and controls — matters to agree on when specifying the configuration.
Product and arrangement
Describe the products you plan to process and how you intend to arrange them: on hooks, skewers or mesh trays. Clarify the item dimensions and rack requirements. Capacity needs to be agreed for the specific product and arrangement method.
Main and optional equipment
Check the supply list for the selected model. The UTAL-4000 product page lists racks, mesh trays, hanging bars, hooks and skewers as optional equipment. Record their quantities and prices in the proposal.
Process control
Discuss the required programs, monitored parameters and staff access. If smartphone control is needed, clarify its conditions for your model and the connection requirements.
Equipment acceptance
Agree in advance on the documentation set, configuration check and commissioning procedure. Operating conditions for the product are determined by your production process and agreed separately from the choice of chamber.
